Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. めつきされる物質と相対的に運動する撹拌装置
    を有するめつき装置において、めつきされる物質
    の下地膜の一部にめつきが成長しない処理を予め
    行い、前記撹拌装置に可干渉平行光発生器と光強
    度検出器とを設け、前記めつき下地膜からの反射
    光と成長しためつき膜からの反射光との膜厚に依
    存した位相差による反射光の強度変化から、めつ
    きされる物質上に形成されためつき膜厚を測定す
    ることを特徴とするめつき装置。
