  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 媒体と該媒体に対して微小隙間で浮上するスラ
    イダの少なくとも一方を透明材とし、該透明材の
    側から単一波長光を照射して、上記スライダと上
    記媒体の各々の対向面での反射光の干渉光量を検
    出して、上記スライダの上記媒体に対する浮上隙
    間を測定する装置において、 上記単一波長光発生手段と上記透明材との間の
    光軸に沿つて、複数個の偏向ビームスプリツタを
    配したことを特徴とする浮動ヘツドスライダ浮上
    隙間測定装置。
