Claims (1)
- 測定圧力を導入する貫通孔が開けられたシリコ
ン基板と、不純物で高濃度にドープされた多結晶
シリコン基板の一方の面の所定位置に前記測定圧
力の印加により抵抗値が変化するピエゾ抵抗素子
が形成され他方の面に酸化膜が形成されたダイア
フラムと、このダイアフラムの他方の面と前記シ
リコン基板とを接合したことを特徴とする半導体
圧力センサ。
