Claims (1)
- LEDアレーを選択的に発光させるLEDアレ
ーヘツドにおいて、前記LEDアレーを基板上に
発光部が該基板面と対向するようにフリツプチツ
プ形式により実装すると共に、前記基板に前記L
EDアレーの発光部と一端部が近接する複数の光
フアイバーよりなるフアイバー束を埋設したこと
を特徴とするLEDアレーヘツド。
