Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) リードフレームのタブ上にＩＣを固着し、
金属細線で、前記ＩＣの電極と、前記リードフレ
ームのパツトが結線され、プラスチツクモールド
されている半導体装置において、前記リードフレ
ームのタブ上に固着された複数のＩＣと、前記複
数のＩＣの近傍に配設、固着され、少なくとも１
以上の電極を有する基板とで構成されている事を
特徴とする半導体装置。 (2) 前記基板は、両面金属パターンを有し、ス
ルホールで前記両面金属パターンが導通されてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体装
置。
