Claims (1)
- 金属板の一表面に半導体ペレツトが装着され、
前記金属板の近傍に複数のリード線の先端が隣接
しており、それらのリード線と前記半導体ペレツ
トの電極とが金属細線によつて連結され、樹脂に
よつて包覆している薄型半導体装置において、樹
脂測面に対して直角に折り曲げ成形したリード線
を少なくとも１ケ所設けたことを特徴とする半導
体装置。
