Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 照明系を駆動する第１の駆動手段と、結像系を
駆動する第２の駆動手段とを有し、前記照明系と
結像系とを別々の駆動手段により駆動する原稿露
光部の駆動制御装置において、 露光位置に配設され前記照明系を検出する第１
の手段と、 前記照明系が前記第１の手段によつて検出され
てから所定の停止位置まで移動する移動距離を検
出する距離検出手段と、 所定の停止位置と露光位置との間に配設され前
記結像系を検出する第２の手段と、 前記距離検出手段によつて検出された移動距離
および前記第２の手段配設位置から、前記照明系
が所定の停止位置から前記第２の手段の配設位置
まで移動する距離を算出する手段と、 前記照明系および前記結像系を前記所定の停止
位置から前記露光位置に向けて駆動するとともに
前記結像系が前記第２の手段によつて検出された
時点における前記照明系と前記結像系との位置誤
差を検出する手段と、 前記照明系が露光位置に到達するまでの間に前
記第２の駆動手段が前記第１の駆動手段に位相同
期すべく、前記検出する手段によつて検出された
位置誤差に応じて前記第１または第２の駆動手段
を駆動制御する手段と、 を具えたことを特徴とする原稿露光部の駆動制御
装置。
