Claims (1)
- 処理ガスが供給され所定の圧力に減圧排気され
た処理室と、該処理室内の処理ガスをプラズマ化
する放電手段とを有するプラズマ処理装置におい
て、前記処理室の内部壁に保護カバーを設け、該
保護カバーの内面より該保護カバーの１／２の厚
さ以内の箇所に加熱手段を設けたことを特徴とす
るプラズマ処理装置。
