Claims (1)
- 圧力調整装置本体のスリーブ内に可動スプール
の動作圧力を調整する圧力調整ばねが配設される
とともに、エンジンオイルの循環通路内の圧力に
対応する信号圧力が前記圧力調整ばねの付勢方向
に対して前記可動スプールを反対方向に押圧する
状態で前記スリーブ内に入力され、オイルポンプ
の駆動にともないエンジンオイルの循環通路内に
供給されるオイル圧力が前記圧力調整ばねによる
設定圧力を越えると前記圧力調整ばねの付勢力に
抗して前記可動スプールが移動して供給オイルの
一部をオイルタンク側に逃がし、前記循環通路内
を流れるエンジンオイルのオイル圧力の上昇を防
止するエンジンオイルの圧力調整装置において、
前記圧力調整ばねのセツト位置を移動して前記圧
力調整ばねによる設定圧力を可変する設定圧力可
変機構を設けるとともに、エンジンの軽負荷時に
前記圧力調整ばねによる設定圧力を低下させ、エ
ンジンの高負荷時および車両減速時に前記圧力調
整ばねによる設定圧力を高めるように前記設定圧
力可変機構を制御するコントローラを設けたこと
を特徴とするエンジンオイルの圧力調整装置。
