Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 本体フレーム部と両側板部とを一体に形成し
    たフレームを有し、このフレームの一方の側板部
    にエアシリンダを、他方の側板部にストツパ部材
    を備え、前記本体フレーム部に、前記エアシリン
    ダの軸方向にガイドレールを設け、前記エアシリ
    ンダによつて前記ガイドレールに沿つて左右に移
    動しうるスライド部材を設け、このスライド部材
    に刻印ホルダーを取替え可能に装備するとともに
    、前記本体フレーム部に、前記刻印ホルダーの刻
    印と対接しうる位置に、前記刻印ホルダーの左右
    動に従つて被打刻体に所要の刻印をなしうるよう
    に、打刻深さ調節手段を有するワーク支持体を取
    替え可能に装備したことを特徴とする刻印装置。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のものに
    おいて、刻印ホルダーは、エアシリンダの軸方向
    に複数の刻印を落下防止ピンを介して並設したも
    のである刻印装置。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のものに
    おいて、刻印ホルダーは、エアシリンダの軸方向
    に正逆回転しうる回転軸上に固定した円筒状のホ
    ルダーで、この円筒状のホルダーの円周沿いに、
    当該回転軸心を中心として放射状に複数の刻印を
    落下防止ピンを介して装着するとともに、前記円
    筒状のホルダーの外周上に、当該刻印ホルダーが
    平面状の被打刻体上を回転しながら左右動するた
    めの摩擦力を付与する部材を装着したものである
    刻印装置。 ４ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のものに
    おいて、ワーク支持体は、パイプ状の被打刻体の
    内周を支持しうる丸棒状の支持体であり、このワ
    ーク支持体を本体フレーム部に取付ける取付部と
    ワーク支持部とで、その軸心を偏心させて打刻深
    さ調節手段としたものである刻印装置。 ５ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のものに
    おいて、ワーク支持体は、被打刻体を保持すべき
    ワーク台を両側板間に設け、このワーク台の下に
    、互いにテーパー部で対接する第１、第２のテー
    パー台を設け、この第１のテーパー台をテーパー
    台移動手段に接続し、このテーパー台移動手段を
    一方の側板部に設け、第１のテーパー台の移動位
    置を制限するストツパ部材を他方の側板部に設け
    、前記テーパー台移動手段による第１のテーパー
    台の左右動にともなつて、第２のテーパー台を介
    して前記ワーク台を上下動させて打刻深さ調節手
    段としたものである刻印装置。 ６ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載のものに
    おいて、ワーク台は、その台上に板状の被打刻体
    を位置決め手段を介して載置しうるものである刻
    印装置。 ７ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載のものに
    おいて、ワーク台は、その台上に丸棒状の被打刻
    体を保持しうる一対のワーク台軸を具備したもの
    である刻印装置。
