Claims (1)
- 発光色の異なる2つの発光ダイオードチツプを
同一ステム上にマウントした2色発光ダイオード
素子を複数個備えてなり、2色発光ダイオードチ
ツプの並ぶ方向には同一色が隣接し、2色発光ダ
イオードチツプ並ぶ方向と直交する方向には交互
に異なる発光色がくるように、前記各2色発光ダ
イオード素子を配列したことを特徴とする発光ダ
イオード表示板。
