- 口金が連結されたガラス球の内部に複数個の発
光ダイオードが配設された半導体ランプ本体を設
け、この半導体ランプ本体の前記ガラス球の先端
に前記発光ダイオードからの光を拡散する拡散面
を直接または別体で形成したことを特徴とする半
導体ランプ。
