Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 給湯源の湯出口に接続された給湯管と、その
    給湯管から分枝され、湯を加熱貯留する補助タン
    クが途中に介挿された補助給湯管と、給水源に接
    続された給水管と、これら３つの管の出口を共通
    の排出管に選択的に接続する切換弁と、上記分枝
    部付近の給湯管内の湯温θ１と補助タンク内の湯
    温θ２と排出管内の湯温θとを各々検出する温度
    センサと、排出管内の湯温を所望の設定温度θＳ
    に設定する湯温設定器と、これら温度センサと湯
    温設定器からの出力信号に応じて上記切換弁の動
    作を制御する弁制御手段よりなることを特徴とす
    る給湯装置。 ２ 上記切換弁が選択的に、給湯管、補助給湯管
    あるいは給水管の３つの管のうちの１つを、又は
    給湯管と補助給湯管とを同時に、あるいは補助給
    湯管と給水管とを同時に上記排出管に接続する実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の給湯装置。 ３ 上記弁制御手段が、排出管内の湯温θと設定
    温度θＳとを比較して、その比較結果に応じて上
    記切換弁の動作を制御する実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項又は第２項記載の給湯装置。 ４ 上記弁制御手段が、給湯管内の湯温θ１と補
    助タンク内の湯温θ２とを比較して、その比較結
    果に応じて上記切換弁の動作を制御する実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれかの
    項に記載の給湯装置。 ５ 上記給湯管内の湯温θ１が補助タンク内の湯
    温θ２より低い（θ１＜θ２）とき、上記給湯管
    が排出管に連通しないように、上記弁制御手段が
    上記切換弁の動作を制御する実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第４項記載の給湯装置。 ６ 上記設定温度θＳが補助タンク内の湯温θ２
    より低い（θＳ＜θ２）とき、上記給湯管が排出
    管に連通しないように、上記弁制御手段が上記切
    換弁の動作を制御する実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    ５項記載の給湯装置。
