Claims (1)
- 絶縁膜の一面上に形成され互いに平行な帯状部
および該帯状部の一端に連結された端子部とを有
する複数の導電性薄膜と、前記絶縁膜の他面上に
形成された複数の平行帯状導電膜とを備え、前記
絶縁膜の一面上の導電性薄膜帯状部の端部および
他面上の帯状導電性薄膜の端部間が前記絶縁膜を
貫通する接続孔内に充填された導体により接続さ
れて螺旋状の１本の導電路を成すことを特徴とす
る薄膜インダクタ。
