Claims (1)
- 半導体装置製造工程途中に、その電気的特性検
査の為、半導体装置の表面保護膜の一部に開口部
を有してある半導体装置において、その開口部直
下のアルミ領域と、回路を構成しているアルミ配
線とを接続するアルミ配線の途中に、より電気抵
抗の小さい半導体部分を設けていることを特徴と
する半導体装置。
