Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 コレクタ領域となる一導電型半導体基板、他導
電型ベース領域及び一導電型エミツタ領域を有し
、さらにその表面に形成された酸化膜を有し、前
記ベース領域を引き出すためのベース電極をコレ
クタ領域上の酸化膜上に延長して形成したものに
おいて、 上記コレクタ領域上に延長して形成されたベー
ス電極の少なくともベース領域側の少なくとも一
部の下に絶縁膜を介して、コレクタ領域と導通し
た導電体層を形成したことを特徴とする半導体装
置。
