- 起歪体上に有機絶縁膜を形成し、この有機絶縁
膜上に薄膜ストレンゲージ回路を設けたロードセ
ルにおいて、前記有機絶縁膜の形成領域が前記起
歪体上のパターン形成面内の一部にのみ限定され
、かつ前記ストレンゲージ回路上の保護膜が前記
有機絶縁膜を含む広い面積に被覆されていること
を特徴とするロードセル。
