ーバ装置を示す概念図、第２図は従来のウエハプ
ローバ装置を示す概念図である。１ａは顕微鏡、
２は測定針、３は固定プローブ、４はウエハ、５
はチヤツク、６はダイヤル、７は４５°ミラーで
ある。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部
分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ウエハ状態のＩＣをテストする時に、測定した
いウエハを乗せるステージに乗せたウエハ上から
、ウエハ内の多数のＩＣチツプの端子に接触させ
る測定針までの距離を調節するものにおいて、目
視に使用する顕微鏡を横移動可能にし、移動した
先の前記顕微鏡の真下に４５°ミラーを設けて、
前記したウエハから針までの距離を真横から見な
がら調節できることを特徴としたウエハプローバ
装置。
