Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、再封可能なカバーを有する容器に関し、更に
詳細には、流動性の物質などを収容するための容器に関
するものである。本発明は、また、カバー自体及び容器
の製造中に該カバーを可撓性容器へ固着する方法にも関
する。
袋などの様な可撓性容器はよく知られており、また、容
器に例えばラベルなどの様に再封可能なカバーで覆われ
た出口をつけることも知られている。通常、その様な袋
は、偏平な製品のために使用される。例えば、米国特許
４１９２４２０号（Ｗｏｒｔｅｌ）及び４５５２２６９
号（Ｃｈａｎｇ）を参照されたい。その様な容器は、多
分、再封自在なカバーを通じての中味の故意または不測
の汚染という恐れのためか、或いは費用が高いために、
食料品を収容するのには決して使用されない。
本発明の一つの目的は、食料品などの流動性物質を収容
する容器であって、再封自在なカバーを有し、そして、
少しでもいじったことの顕著な証拠を示す様に構成され
た容器を提供することである。
本発明の一つの態様によれば、プラスチックフィルム、
カード、ボードなどの様な材料で作られた少なくとも１
個の可撓性の壁と；　容器の中味の出口のためにその壁
に形成された出口と；　出口を覆い、且つ出口の周辺で
壁と密封係合するカバーとを有し、且つ該カバーは、下
にある出口を露出するためにカバーを動かす前には、そ
のカバーから引き離さなければならない延長部分を有す
る様になっている容器が提供される。
本発明の他の態様においては、本発明は、下記のカバー
を提供する： 可撓性の壁と該壁上にある出口（Ｈ）とを有する容器（
Ｂ）にあてがわれ、出口（１１）を密封するに適し且つ
該壁の周辺に離脱自在に連結されたカバー（Ｃ）におい
て、カバー（Ｃ）が、下側の出口（Ｈ）を露出させるた
めに動かされる前にカバー（Ｃ）から引き離されなけれ
ばならない延長部分（６）を有することを特徴とするカ
バー。
更に他の態様では、本発明は、次の一連のカバーを提（
共するニ 一連の容器の前駆部分にあてがわれる、ロール（Ｒ）に
沿って間隔をおいて配置されたロール状の複数のカバー
（Ｃ）であって、該カバー（Ｃ）がキャリア（１０２）
に保持されていることを特徴とする、カバー〇 更に他の態様においては、本発明は、次の製法を提供す
る： 可撓性フィルムから形成される一連の可撓性容器のそれ
ぞれに再封可能なラベルをあてがう方法であって、偏平
なフィルムに沿って間隔をおいた位置にスリットを形成
する工程と；　該スリットの周辺部分へ該ラベルを密封
するために、接着剤が１方の面に被覆してある再封自在
なラベルを該スリットのまわりのフィルムの１面へ接着
剤か１方の面に被覆してある再封自在なラベルをあてが
う工程と；　筒を形成するためにフィルムの対向縁部を
密封する工程と；　一端が閉じた容器の前駆部分を画成
するために横方向に密封し、且つ流動性物質を充填する
工程と；　容器の他端を密封し、且つ、充填及び密封さ
れた容器をもとのフィルムから引き離す工程とから成る
ことを特徴とするラベルの固着方法。
好適には、ラベルは、本明細書に記載されるロール状の
カバーである。
本発明がよく理解される様に、以下、添付図面を参照し
ながら説明する。
異なった実施例を説明するために、同じ参照数字を使用
する。
第１図のカバーＣは、一端に横方向のヒンジ部分２を有
する一体成形の概ね矩形のプラスチック片１から成って
いる。カバーの本体は、フラップ本体部分４と両側マー
ジン５とを画成する様に次第に幅が減小するフラップ部
分３を画成している。フラップ部分３の端部には非接着
域があり、この非接着域を越えたところに横に伸びる引
き離し可能な延長部分６とさらにそれを越えたアンカー
部分７とがある。
引き離し自在な延長部分６は、一体に形成されており且
つ延長部分６の一端にある耳９を引っ張ると、カバーＣ
が取りつけられている可撓性の袋Ｂから直線運動で延長
部分６を引き離せる様に配置された切込線８゜８の傍の
隣接部分３．７に連結されている。カバーＣの裏面は、
フラップ部分３の引き離し自在な延長部分６に隣接した
部分と該延長部分自体とを除き、全域にわたり接着剤で
被覆されており、従って、出口Ｈのまわりで袋Ｂの壁に
接触すると、フラップ部分３の上記部分と引き離し自在
な延長部分６と引っ張り用耳９とは、袋の壁に接着する
。出口Ｈは、袋の壁に例えば型抜きスリットで、フラッ
プ本体部分４の裏面へ固着されるフラップＦ（第２図）
を残すように形成される。
ヒンジ部分２には、三角形部分１１を画成する、周辺か
ら内側へ伸びる傾斜した切れ目１０が付いている。
フラップ部分３には、フラップ本体部分４と両側マージ
ン部分５との間の２本の裂は目１２が付いている。
使用する際には、フラップ本体部分４がフラ・ノブＦに
固着され、両側マージン部分５が出口Ｈの両側から短距
離例えば９ｍｍの距離をとって袋の壁に固着され、ヒン
ジ部分２が出口Ｈの端部に固着され、そして、アンカー
部分７が出口Ｉ］を越えた袋の壁の一部分に固着される
様に、カバーＣを袋の出口Ｈのまわりにあてがう。
袋の中味が出し入れされる時には、消費者は、引き離し
自在な延長部分６をフラップ部分３から引き裂く様に耳
９を引っ張り、フラップ部分３を持ち上げて出口Ｉ］に
アクセスし、及び、充分な量の中味が流出したらそれを
再封する。カバーが袋から引き離されない限り袋の中味
はいしることが出来ず、そして、この引き離しは、延長
部分６をフラップ部分３及びアンカー部分７から引き離
すことなしには出来ない。従って、延長部分６がなくな
っていること、または部分的な引き裂きがあることは、
袋の中味をいじった証拠になる。
更に引き離し自在な延長部分６の直く下の袋の壁に文字
の記載、例えば「密封破損」と印刷して、ユーザーにカ
バーの密封が既に破られていることを知らせることが出
来る。カバーのヒンジ部分２に切れ口１０が有るため、
該端部を持ち上げると、いしった証拠として、三角形部
分１１が裂けたり離脱したりする。この様にして、その
袋を購入した者は、自分がそれを開封する前にカバーは
取り外し及び再封可能であるという事実に拘らず、何人
も、その様な無断開封行為の明白な目に見える証拠を残
すことなく、袋やその中味をいじらなかったという安堵
感を持つであろう。
カバーは、代表的には、防湿密封用のプラスチックであ
る任意の適当な材料で造ることができる。カバーの裏面
は、水性であり得るが冷凍食料品用であり且つ好適には
溶剤性アクリル接着剤である圧感接着剤で被覆すること
ができる。化学的に異なった、または同し接着剤である
が濃度の異なる、異なった接着剤を、カバーの異なった
部分に使用することができる。
容器は、プラスチック、紙、コート紙、ポリフィルム、
セロファン、ラミネート等でつくることができる。
容器は、好適には比較的に可撓性の壁部分を有する箱、
筒、袋などとして成形することができる。袋は、任意の
流動性物籾、代表的には、穀物、米穀、ナツツ、砂糖、
ポツプコーン、干しふどう、ポテトチップス等または石
鹸粉等を入れることができる。
第３図の実施例においては、カバーは、平面視では矢尻
形をしている。カバーは、裂は難い性質の低密度ポリエ
チレン製である。切込線８ａは、裂は目が１直線に拡が
り、且つフラップ本体部分４の方へは進まない様に不連
続で、且つ土山形である。
第４図は、本発明の第１の態様による、または、よらな
い再封自在カバーを有する袋を縦形に成形及び密封する
方法の概略図である。袋を製造するための１本のフィル
ムが、高速度で筒形成装置（ｔｕｂｅ　ｆｏｒｍｅｒ）
を通り、次いで熱密封及び切断装置を通って、袋を製造
するために送られる。フィルムの一方の側には、一般的
には適当形状の熱線であるカッタ１００があり、それは
、フィルムの間隔をおいた位置に、フラップＦを有する
出口Ｉ］を画成するためにＵ字形のスリット１０１を切
るのに用いられる。フィルムの一方の側には、間隔をお
いてカバーＣがつけであるシリコン１氏などでできてい
るカバーキャリア１０２から成るローラＲが置かれてお
り、そして、各カバーＣを剥離し且つそれをフィルムの
各連続したスリｙ　ｔ・ｌ　Ｏ１にあてがうために剥離
棒１０３を越えて送られる。フィルムは、次いで筒形成
装置１０４を通り、そして、筒を形成するため対向縁部
が縦形蜜月装置１０５によって熱封される。
横方向の端部壁を形成ずろために、横方向密封装置１０
６が置かれており、そして、その袋の前駆部分（ｂａｇ
　ｐｒｅｃｕｒｓｏｒ）に充填するために流動性物質が
送り管１０７を通って供給される。その袋は、次いで横
方向密封及び切断装置を通り、そして、その様に製造さ
れ、ラベルがつけられ、充填され且つ密封された袋は、
次いで元のフィルムから切り離される。この装置は高速
であり、そして、第１図乃至第３図に示されている通り
か又はそうでないカバーの供給及び貼付は、任意の高速
の縦成形及び充填機を用いてすることができる。
本発明は、図示された実施例に限定されるものではない
。例えば、カバーＣは、円形であり得る。また、出口Ｈ
は、フラップＦを有する必要はなく、その場合には、フ
ラップ本体部分４の裏面には接着剤はついておらず、ま
たは成る裏打ちがしてある。出口Ｈは、円形である必要
はなく、例えば楕円形または長いスリットであり得る。
更に、カバーば、プラスチック以外の材料例えば紙／金
属フィルムラミネートで形成することができ、且つ、カ
バーには、例えば指示事項、゛′何日までに売れ°゛等
の情報または広告事項の印刷を含むことができる。容器
は、多種の流動性物質を収容することが可能であり、且
つカバーは何回も再封することができる。

Claims (18)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プラスチックフィルム、カード、ボード等の材料
    からできている少なくとも１枚の可撓性の壁と；容器の
    中味の出口のために該壁に形成されている出口（Ｈ）と
    ；該出口に被せ且つ該出口の周辺で該壁と密封係合して
    いるカバー（Ｃ）とを有する容器（Ｂ）において、該カ
    バー（Ｃ）が、その下にある該出口（Ｈ）を露出するた
    め該カバー（Ｃ）を動かす前に、該カバー（Ｃ）から引
    き離されなければならない延長部分（６）を有すること
    を特徴とする容器。
  2. （２）延長部分（６）が、一端においてカバー（Ｃ）の
    フラップ部分（３）及び他端において容器（Ｂ）の壁に
    固着されたアンカー部分（７）に連結されており、且つ
    、該フラップ部分（３）と該アンカー部分（７）とから
    引き離し自在に除去できることを特徴とする、特許請求
    の範囲第１項に記載の容器。
  3. （３）引き離し自在な延長部分（６）が、引き離し自在
    延長部分（６）を引っ張ると、それを該フラップ部分（
    ３）と該アンカー部分（７）とから引き離す様に構成さ
    れた切り込み線（８）によって、該フラップ部分（３）
    と該アンカー部分（７）とに連結されていることを特徴
    とする、特許請求の範囲第２項に記載の容器。
  4. （４）引き離し自在延長部分（６）が該延長部分（６）
    の一端に引っ張り耳（９）を有することを特徴とする、
    特許請求の範囲第３項に記載の容器。
  5. （５）切り込み線（８ａ）が不連続であり、且つ真っ直
    ぐな切りさき線が形成される様な形状をしていることを
    特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第３項または第４項に記載
    の容器。
  6. （６）カバーの裏面が、引き離し自在延長部分（６）を
    除いて接着剤によって被覆されており、且つ、延長部分
    （６）の下になっている袋（Ｂ）の壁に好適には警告の
    文字記載を有することを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第
    １項乃至第５項のいずれかに記載の容器。
  7. （７）接着剤が溶剤性のアクリル接着剤であることを特
    徴とする、特許請求の範囲第６項に記載の容器。
  8. （８）カバー（Ｃ）の延長部分（６）の反対側の端部（
    ２）が、いじった証拠を示す手段を有することを特徴と
    する、特許請求の範囲第１項乃至第７項のいずれかに記
    載の容器。
  9. （９）該いじったことを示す証拠手段が、該縁部から内
    側へ延び且つ三角形部分（１１）を画成するスリット（
    １０）からなることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第８
    項に記載の容器。
  10. （１０）可撓性の壁と該壁上にある出口（Ｈ）とを有す
    る容器（Ｂ）にあてがわれ、出口（Ｈ）を密封するに適
    し且つ該壁の周辺に離脱自在に連結されたカバー（Ｃ）
    において、カバー（Ｃ）が、下側の出口（Ｈ）を露出さ
    せるために動かされる前にカバー（Ｃ）から引き離され
    なければならない延長部分（６）を有することを特徴と
    するカバー。
  11. （１１）延長部分（６）が、一端においてカバー（Ｃ）
    のフラップ部分（３）に、及び他端において壁に固定さ
    れたアンカー部分（７）に連結され、且つ、該フラップ
    部分（３）と該アンカー部分（７）とから引き離し自在
    に除去できることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１０
    項に記載のカバー。
  12. （１２）引き離し自在延長部分（６）が、引き離し自在
    延長部分（６）を引っ張るとそれをカバー（Ｃ）の該フ
    ラップ部分（３）と該アンカー部分（７）とから引き離
    す様に構成された切り込み線（８）によって、カバー（
    Ｃ）のフラップ部分（３）とアンカー部分（７）とに連
    結されていることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１０
    項または第１１項に記載のカバー。
  13. （１３）引き離し自在延長部分（６）が一端に引っ張り
    耳（９）を有することを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第
    １０項、第１１項または第１２項に記載のカバー。
  14. （１４）切り込み線（８ａ）が不連続であり、且つ、真
    っ直ぐな引きさき線が形成される様な形状になっている
    ことを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１０項乃至第１３
    項のいずれかに記載のカバー。
  15. （１５）カバー（Ｃ）の延長部分（６）から遠い方の端
    部（２）が、間隔のある内側方向のスリット（１０）を
    有することを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１０項乃至
    第１４項のいずれかに記載のカバー。
  16. （１６）一連の容器の前駆部分にあてがわれる、ロール
    （Ｒ）に沿って間隔をおいて配置されたロール状の複数
    のカバー（Ｃ）であって、該カバー（Ｃ）がキャリア（
    １０２）に保持されていることを特徴とする、特許請求
    の範囲第１０項乃至第１５項のいずれかに記載のカバー
    。
  17. （１７）可撓性フィルムから形成される一連の可撓性容
    器のそれぞれに再封可能なラベルをあてがう方法であっ
    て、偏平なフィルムに沿って間隔をおいた位置にスリッ
    トを形成する工程と；該スリットの周辺部分へ該ラベル
    を密封するために、接着剤が１方の面に被覆してある再
    封自在なラベルを該スリットのまわりのフィルムの１面
    へあてがう工程と；筒を形成するためにフィルムの対向
    縁部を密封する工程と；一端が閉じた容器の前駆部分を
    画成するために横方向に密封し、且つ流動性物質を充填
    する工程と；容器の他端を密封し、且つ、充填及び密封
    された容器をもとのフィルムから引き離す工程とから成
    ることを特徴とする、ラベルの固着方法。
  18. （１８）容器が縦形充填及び密封技術により製造される
    ことを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１７項に記載の方
    法。
