    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ソースが接地されると共にドレインが負荷を介
    して電源に接続されたパワーＭＯＳ―ＦＥＴをド
    ライブする回路において、ドライブトランスの如
    きゲート信号源と前記パワーＭＯＳ―ＦＥＴのゲ
    ートとの間に直列接続されたダイオードと、前記
    パワーＭＯＳ―ＦＥＴのゲートとソースとの間に
    エミツタ・コレクタが接続され、かつ前記ダイオ
    ードの両端にエミツタ・ベースが接続されたトラ
    ンジスタとを有してなることを特徴とするパワー
    ＭＯＳ―ＦＥＴドライブ回路。
