Claims (1)
- 電力増幅用の第１のトランジスタと該第１のト
ランジスタを制御する第２のトランジスタと、前
記第１のトランジスタのエミツタから前記第２の
トランジスタのコレクタにダイオードを介してＭ
ＯＳ―ＦＥＴに蓄積された電荷を放電する回路を
設けたパワートランジスタの駆動回路において、
第１のトランジスタのコレクタと可抵抗器の一端
を接続し他端を前記第１のトランジスタのベース
と第２のトランジスタのコレクタと可変抵抗器の
一端に接続し該可変抵抗器の他端をダイオードの
カソード側に接続し該ダイオードのアノード側を
前第１のトランジスタのエミツタに接続したこと
を特徴とするパワートランジスタの駆動回路。
