- 直流電源装置と被試験装置との間に設けた１個
または複数個を直列にしたダイオードと、このダ
イオードの両端にドレインおよびソースを接続し
たＦＥＴパワートランジスタと、このＦＥＴパワ
ートランジスタのゲートを制御する矩形波発生回
路とを有することを特徴とする電源電圧急変回路
。
