Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁ゲート型電界効果トランジスタのドレインとソース
    間に定電圧ダイオードと抵抗とを直列接続したものを接
    続し、前記定電圧ダイオードと抵抗との接続点と前記電
    界効果トランジスタのゲート間に逆阻止ダイオードを接
    続し、前記電界効果トランジスタのゲートとソース間に
    トランジスタのエミッタとコレクタとを接続し、前記定
    電圧ダイオードと抵抗との接続点に前記トランジスタの
    ベースを接続したことを特徴とするＭＯ３ＦＥＴサージ
    吸収回路。
