Claims (1)
- 抵抗の出力側にＭＯＳトランジスタのゲート及
びドレインを接続して抵抗及びＭＯＳダイオード
からなる直列回路を構成し、上記ＭＯＳトランジ
スタのバツクゲートにバツクゲートとソース間が
逆電圧となる可変のバイアス電源を接続したこと
を特徴とする電圧クランプ回路。
