  1. ドレイン、ゲート間が接続された少なくとも２
    つのＭＯＳトランジスタを互いにソース、ドレイ
    ンを介して直列に接続して温度係数補正回路を構
    成し、この温度係数補正回路に定電流源を接続し
    たことを特徴とする基準電圧発生回路。
