- 自動電力制御回路で構成した出力電力制御回路
において、基準電圧を可変して出力電力レベルを
設定する基準電圧発生回路にＦＥＴを用い、その
ゲート入力電圧を可変してドレイン電流を変化さ
せ、これを電圧に変換して基準電圧とすることを
特徴とした出力電力制御回路。
