Claims (1)
- 第１および第２の電界効果トランジスタの直列
接続、および第３および第４の電界効果トランジ
スタの直列接続の各一端に高電圧源を接続し、各
他端を共通電位に接続し、前記第１および第２の
電界効果トランジスタの接続点および前記第３お
よび第４の電界効果トランジスタの接続点を、そ
れぞれ、前記第３および第４の電界効果トランジ
スタおよび前記第１および第２の電界効果トラン
ジスタのうちの各高電圧側の電界効果トランジス
タのゲートに接続し、前記第１および第２の電界
効果トランジスタおよび前記第３および第４の電
界効果トランジスタのうちの各低電圧側の電界効
果トランジスタのゲートに相補的に入力信号を供
給し、前記接続点の少なくとも一方から出力を取
り出すようにしたレベルシフタ回路において、前
記高電圧源と当該高電圧側の電界効果トランジス
タの各ゲートとの間に定電圧ダイオードを接続し
、前記高電圧側の電界効果トランジスタの各ゲー
トと前記接続点の各々との間に抵抗を接続し、当
該接続点の各々と前記低電圧側の電界効果トラン
ジスタの各々との間に抵抗を接続したことを特徴
とするレベルシフタ回路。
