    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体領域の表面にイオン注入法によつて形成
    した前記半導体領域とは反対の導電型を有する抵
    抗領域と、この抵抗領域の両端に前記抵抗領域の
    一端の外部接続パツドへ他端を内部回路へ各々接
    続する電極配線を配設する為に設けた前記抵抗領
    域より深い第１のコンタクト領域と、前記第１の
    コンタクト領域の前記一端の電極配線がコンタク
    トする部分に形成した前記第１のコンタクト領域
    より深い第２のコンタクト領域とを具備すること
    を特徴とする半導体集積回路。
