    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 装着すべき半導体ＩＣの載置台は放熱用フイン
    ガーを備えた良熱伝導材の放熱器から成り、前記
    放熱器は上面に前記装着すべき半導体ＩＣの外部
    リードピン挿入孔と載置用接触面を、また、下面
    に前記半導体Ｉｃの外部リードピン挿入孔と接触
    するコンタクトピンを互いに絶縁して設けること
    を特徴とするＩＣソケツト。
