Claims (1)
- 放熱基板上に絶縁基板を半田固着し、さらにこ
の絶縁基板上に複数の電子部品を搭載・固着させ
た構造の電子機器において、相対的に発熱量の多
い電子部品を前記絶縁基板よりも相対的に熱伝導
性の良好な独立した他の絶縁基板上に搭載・固着
し、相対的に発熱量の少ない電子部品は前記絶縁
基板上に搭載・固着させたことを特徴とする電子
機器。
