湿度センサを一体的に組込んだ実施例を示す斜視
図である。 尚、図面に用いた符号において、１……温度セ
ンサ、２……感温素子、３……コネクタ、７……
不揮発メモリである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 測定する温度の変化に略対応して電気特性が変
    化する感温素子を具備し、この感温素子の出力変
    化を利用して温度を測定するようにした温度セン
    サにおいて、 上記感温素子の出力変化と実際の温度変化との
    間の誤差を補正する為の補正データを記憶した不
    揮発メモリを具備し、 この不揮発メモリからの補正データを、上記感
    温素子の出力とは別に出力するように構成したこ
    とを特徴とする温度センサ。
