タの書き込みを原理的に示す図、第５図は第４図
のＲＯＭのデータと湿度センサの温度特性との関
係を説明するための図、第６図は利得及びオフセ
ツト調整回路付増幅器の変形例を示す回路図、第
７図は湿度測定装置の変形例を示すブロツク図で
ある。 １…湿度センサ、２…温度センサ、６…利得及
びオフセツト調整回路付増幅器、８，９…Ａ／Ｄ
変換器、１０…マイクロコンピユータ、１１…Ｒ
ＯＭ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 湿度センサと、 前記湿度センサの近傍に配置された温度センサ
    と、 前記湿度センサの出力をデイジタル信号に変換
    し、前記温度センサの出力をデイジタル信号に変
    換する単一又は２つのアナログ・デイジタ変換器
    と、 前記湿度センサの種々の出力と前記温度センサ
    の種々の出力とに対応する相対湿度のデータが予
    め書き込まれているメモリと、 前記アナログ・デイジタ変換器と前記メモリと
    に結合され、被測定雰囲気中に置かれた前記湿度
    センサ及び前記温度センサの出力に対応して前記
    アナログ・デイジタ変換器から得られる第１及び
    第２の出力に基づいて前記第１及び第２の出力に
    一致する相対湿度のデータを前記メモリから読み
    出すか、又は前記第１及び第２の出力の近傍値に
    対応する相対湿度のデータを前記メモリから読み
    出して前記第１及び第２の出力に対応する相対湿
    度を近似的に演算で求めるマイクロコンピユータ
    と、 から成る湿度測定装置において、 前記湿度センサと前記アナログ・デイジタル変
    換器との間に利得調整及びオフセツト調整回路を
    設けたことを特徴とする湿度測定装置。
