蔵したことを特徴とする温度センサ。 (2) 前記温度補正手段は、可変抵抗器によつて
形成され温度変化特性補正用の可変抵抗器と、温
度定点補正用の可変抵抗器と、からなる実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項記載の温度センサ。 (3) 温度補正手段とサーミスタとはアダプタを
介して温度測定装置に電気的に接続される実用新
