面図である。第５図は従来の半導体パツケージの
構成図で、そのａは平面透視図、ｂはａのＶ―Ｖ
線断面図であり、第６図ａ，ｂはそれぞれ従来例
の半導体パツケージ内における水侵入状態図であ
り、第７図は従来例の平面図である。 １……ダイパツド支持部材、２……モールド樹
脂、３……密着性の良好な材料から成る部分。
