第1図から第4図迄は、本考案による往復型圧
縮機の吸入弁機構を示すもので、第1図は断面図
、第2図は吸入弁体を示す側面図、第3図は第1
図の構成で開弁状態を示す断面図、第4図は開弁
開始時を示す第1図における要部の拡大断面図、
第6図から第9図は従来の往復型圧縮機の吸入弁
機構を示すもので、第6図は断面図、第7図は吸
入弁体を示す側面図、第8図は第6図の構成にお
ける開弁開始状態を示す断面図、第9図は開弁し
た状態を示す断面図である。 1はシリンダ、2は吸入弁体、2aは吸入弁部
、3はバルブプレート、4は吸入孔、5は排気孔
、6は切欠部、7は切抜溝、11は開口部である
補正 昭62.7.21 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書第13頁第15行における「第4図」を
「第5図」とする。 明細書第13頁第20行における「大断面図、
」と「第6図」の間に、「第5図は第2図に示す
吸入弁体の他の実施例を示す側面図、」を挿入す
る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 駆動軸からの動力を受けて往復するピスト
    ンが嵌挿されるシリンダボアを有するシリンダブ
    ロツクと、吐出室及び吸入室とが分離形成された
    ハウジングと、該ブロツクとハウジングとによつ
    て挾着保持されたバルブプレート及び吸入弁体と
    より成る往復型圧縮機において、前記バルブプレ
    ートの前記シリンダボアと対峙する位置に貫設さ
    れた吸入孔の開閉口を司どる吸入弁部を切抜溝に
    て吸入弁体に形成し、その切抜溝の前記吸入弁部
    自由端側に、前記シリンダブロツクに形成した切
    欠部と連通する開口部を設け、その開口部の長さ
    を該切欠部の径方向長さより大とした往復型圧縮
    機の吸入弁機構。 (2) 前記開口部は、ほぼ三角形をなしている構
    成よりなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
    往復型圧縮機の吸入弁機構。 (3) 前記開口部は、ほぼ弧状形をなしている構
    成よりなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
    往復型圧縮機の吸入弁機構。
