Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プラスチツク段ボールシートを折曲げる等
    して組立てられたプラスチツク段ボール箱におい
    て、 底板１の四周を内側へ一定寸法だけ折返してか
    ら側壁２，３を直立させ、前記折返し部は底板１
    と平行に突出する底部フランジ４に形成してあり
    、 箱の四隅位置には、隣り合う側壁板２，３にお
    ける一方の壁板端縁に形成した中フラツプ３ａを
    、他方の壁板端縁に形成した外巻きフラツプ２ａ
    で巻込み重合せしめて一体化した補強枠５を縦に
    形成していることを特徴とするプラスチツク段ボ
    ール箱。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載した
    段ボール箱の四隅の底部位置に、２辺の底部フラ
    ンジ４，４及び補強枠５をそれぞれ挾持する三方
    型コーナー部材７を取り付けていることを特徴と
    するプラスチツク段ボール箱。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    に記載した段ボール箱の側壁の開口縁部に、管状
    又は棒状の補強枠材１１を取付けていることを特
    徴とするプラスチツク段ボール箱。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    に記載した段ボール箱の側壁の開口縁部に、段ボ
    ールシートを一定寸法だけ外向き略水平に折曲げ
    、さらにその先を内向きに折返して開口部フラン
    ジ８を形成していることを特徴とするプラスチツ
    ク段ボール箱。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項に記載した
    段ボール箱の側壁の開口部フランジ８を形成する
    ため、内向きに折返した段ボールシートを、さら
    に側壁２又は３の外面に沿つて折曲げて下方の底
    部フランジ４に到達させると共に側壁２，３と一
    体的に接合されていることを特徴とするプラスチ
    ツク段ボール箱。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    又は第３項又は第４項に記載した段ボール箱の側
    壁２又は３の外面に、補強リブ３３を有する形に
    プラスチツク段ボールシートで形成した補強材３
    ４を一体的に貼付けていることを特徴とするプラ
    スチツク段ボール箱。
