Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 運搬用タンク内の粉粒体を加圧空気などの
    輸送媒体により設備サイロ等に圧送排出する機構
    において、最適の排出条件となるタンク内圧力変
    化のパターンを認識させたコントローラを搭載し
    、前記タンク内への輸送媒体の送り込みを制御す
    るバルブ装置と該タンクにおける排出管の開閉を
    制御する排出弁装置及び該排出管における固気混
    合部分への輸送媒体の送り込みを制御するバルブ
    装置等の排出条件設定装置を、稼動時に検出した
    タンク内圧センサーからの圧力情報を基に前記コ
    ントローラで先の認識パターンと比較した差異を
    補正する向きに自動的に制御するように構成して
    なることを特徴とする粉粒体運搬車における自動
    圧装排出装置。 (2) 前記差異を補正する向きの制御条件を、タ
    ンク内粉粒体のレベル情報、排出流速情報及びタ
    ンクの総重量情報等で修正するようになしたとこ
    ろの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の粉粒体
    運搬車における自動圧装排出装置。 (3) 前記排出条件設定装置がタンクのテイツピ
    ング角度を制御する装置を含むところの実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の粉粒体運搬車におけ
    る自動圧装排出装置。
