Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被検油流路より採取・計量した油サンプル
をキヤリヤーガスにより押し出すためのサンプリ
ングバルブと、前記サンプリングバルブより押出
された油サンプルの注入を受け、これを燃焼させ
るための燃焼管とを備え、前記燃焼管から排出さ
れる燃焼ガスを分析することにより、油中のＮ分
を測定するようにした分析計において、 前記サンプリングバルブのキヤリヤーガス入口
に接続されたキヤリヤーガス流路中に、キヤリヤ
ーガス源側から順次入口側開閉弁、加圧タンク、
及び出口側開閉弁を配列してなるキヤリヤーガス
充填部を挿入し、 前記キヤリヤーガス充填部は、入口側開閉弁を
開き、かつ出口側開閉弁を閉じてタンク内にキヤ
リヤーガスを導入すると共に、導入ガス圧が所定
の値に達した時、前記入口側開閉弁を閉じ、この
状態において前記サンプリングバルブが油サンプ
ルを計量した時、前記出口側開閉弁を開いてその
油サンプルを前記タンク内に充填したキヤリヤー
ガスで押出し、前記燃焼管内に注入させるもので
あることを特徴とする油サンプルの注入装置。 (2) 前記サンプリングバルブの計量油出口に、
前記燃焼管の上端より摺動可能にこの管内に挿入
されたノズル細管の後部を連結してこの細管を一
体的に支持すると共に、前記サンプリングバルブ
を、前記ノズル細管のノズル端が前記燃焼管内の
上端における待機位置から、その上端を含む予備
空間の下方に形成された燃焼室の上部におけるサ
ンプル注入位置まで移動できるように、保持する
ための移動保持機構を設け、前記燃焼室には難燃
性の油サンプル含浸及び支持材を充填したことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の装置。 (3) 少なくとも前記燃焼室に対応する燃焼管の
周側にフラツシユヒータを装着し、このヒータを
前記ノズル端の待機位置への後退後において付勢
することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(2)項記載の装置。
