Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はトランス用絶縁紙に関する。
一般に1つのボビンにコイルを巻回する小型の
電源トランスにおいては、絶縁、耐電圧等を確保
する観点から1次巻線と2次巻線を形成する下巻
線と上巻線との間に絶縁部材が挿入されている。
しかして、従来、上下の巻線間に挿入されるこの
種の絶縁部材としては幅広の絶縁テープやツバを
有する中間絶縁ボビン等が用いられている。すな
わち、前者においては下巻線上に幅広の絶縁テー
プを巻く構造となつているが、この構造のものは
巻き付けの際、特にコイルの角部において引張る
力が加わるために絶縁テープはその両側がボビン
ツバ部から離れて内側にめくれ易く、よつて巻き
付け作業に注意を要すると共に、その部分におい
て上巻線のいわゆる線落ちが生じトランスの絶縁
不良、耐電圧不良等を招来する欠点がある。
また、後者の中間絶縁ボビンは、第1図に示す
ように、軸方向に2分割された2つの成形品から
なるボビンa,a′から形成され、これらのツバを
有するボビンa,a′を対向配置することによつて
下巻線の周囲を取り囲み下巻線と上巻線との絶縁
を確保するようになつている。したがつて、中間
絶縁ボビンによれば前者の絶縁テープを用いた場
合に比べ、ツバを有するため、線落ちが防止され
絶縁性は顕著に向上する利点はあるが、ボビン
a,a′を形成するための金型が必要となり、通常
この種の金型は高価であり、必然的に電源トラン
スのコスト高を招来する欠点がある。
本考案は上記の点に鑑み提案されたもので、安
価であると共に、作業性にも優れ、かつ良好な絶
縁性を有するトランス用絶縁紙を提供することを
目的とするものである。
以下、図面に沿つて本考案を説明する。
第2図および第3図は本考案の実施例を示すも
ので、同図中Aは本考案にかかる絶縁紙で、この
絶縁紙Aは、波形加工を施され、幅方向に向かつ
て延びるヒダが連続して多数形成され、かつ紙の
如き材質からなる絶縁材1と、この絶縁材1の片
面上に、その両側部1a,1bを除いて貼着され
る前記絶縁紙1の幅寸法より若干幅狭のプラスチ
ツクフイルムの如き材質からなる薄い絶縁材2と
により構成されている。
しかして使用にあつては、第4図イに示すよう
に、コイルボビン3の胴部上に巻回された下巻線
4の上に、同図ロに示すように、本考案にかかる
絶縁紙Aを巻き付ければ良い。すなわち、絶縁紙
2の幅寸法はコイルボビン3の胴部の幅寸法と実
質的に等しく形成されており、コイルボビン3の
両端のツバ3a,3b間に、絶縁紙Aの背面、つ
まり絶縁紙2が貼着されていない他方の片面を当
接せしめて下巻線4上に絶縁紙Aを巻き付けてゆ
く。この場合、絶縁紙Aの両側部1a,1bは中
央部分に絶縁紙2が貼着されているため、その縁
によつてツバ3a,3bの内壁面に沿つて容易に
折れ曲がり、この両側部1a,1bは第1図に示
した中間絶縁ボビンa,a′のツバとして作用する
ようになつている。また、絶縁紙Aの巻き付けに
際して、絶縁紙Aには連続したヒダが形成されて
いるため、下巻線4の外周に沿つて容易に曲げる
ことができ作業性が良好であると同時に、ヒダが
巻き付け時に作用する引張る力を吸収するので、
角部で絶縁材Aの両側部1a,1bが内側にめく
れることがない。しかして、下巻線4上に絶縁紙
Aを巻き付けた後は、ハ図に示すように、上巻線
5を巻回すれば電源トランスを構成することがで
きる。
第5図は下巻線4と上巻線5との間に絶縁紙A
が挿入された状態を示す電源トランスの断面図で
ある。
以上の通り本考案によれば、波形加工を施した
絶縁材の片面に、その両側部を除いて絶縁材を貼
り合せて構成したから、 (イ) 単なる幅広の絶縁テープに比べ絶縁紙の両側
部がツバとして作用するため、巻き幅に対して
めくれたりすること等がなく、線落ちを防止し
得、よつて絶縁不良、耐電圧不良を起こすこと
がない。
(ロ) また、ヒダが形成されているため、下巻線上
の巻き付け作業性が良好である。
(ハ) 更に、成型品の中間絶縁ボビンのように金型
を何等要することがないため、その分コストダ
ウンを達成し得る。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 波形加工を施した絶縁材の片面上に、コイルボ
    ビンのフランジ内壁面に沿つて折曲される両側部
    を除いて絶縁材を貼り合せたことを特徴とするト
    ランス用絶縁紙。
