の模式断面図。 図中引用記号：３……遮蔽体、４，５……電極
、６……結合ピン、７……測定面、８……誘電体
、９……増幅器、１０……分離突出部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 測定面と導電性材料の表面間の微小間隔を
    測定する容量測定センサにおいて、上部が閉じた
    遮蔽体３の内部の下端に遮蔽体３で隔離された第
    一電極４があり、この第一電極４の上部に第二電
    極５を配設し、第一電極４の開口、及び、場合に
    よつて、第二電極５の窪みの内部に測定面７を有
    する結合ピン６があり、測定面７を遮蔽体３と第
    一電極４で隔離し、遮蔽体３、第一電極４、第二
    電極５及び結合ピン６の間の空間を誘電体８で充
    填し、遮蔽体３の内部で第二電極５の上部に増幅
    器９が配設し、第一電極４は容量測定センサの入
    力端Ｅに、第二電極５は増幅器入力端Ｇに、そし
    て増幅器出力端Ｄが容量測定センサの出力端Ａに
    電気接続されていることを特徴とする容量測定セ
    ンサ。 (2) 増幅器９は、ゲートが増幅器の入力端Ｇを
    、またドレインが増幅器の出力端Ｄを形成し、ソ
    ースＳが遮蔽体３と接続している電界効果トラン
    ジスタである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の容量測定センサ。 (3) 遮蔽体３は、第一電極４及び第二電極５間
    の電気結合を排除する分離突出部１０を有するこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の容量測定センサ。 (4) 測定面７は、遮蔽体３と第一電極４で形成
    される面より幾分突出していることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の容量測定セ
    ンサ。
