Claims (3)

<ť PŘEDMĚT vynálezu
1. Kapacitní měřicí sonda na měření malých vzdáleností meziměřicí ploškou a povrchem vodivého materiálu s elektro-vodnou dutou částí a dvěma elektrodami,které jsou vzájem-ně odděleny dielektrikem, a s zesilovacím článkem,vyzna-čující se tím, že v otvoru první elektrody (4) a ve vy-brání druhé elektrody (5), umístěné nad první elektrodou(4), je spojovací čep (6) s měřicí ploškou (7), že měřicíploška (7) je ukončena stínítkem (3) a první elektrodou(4), že spojovací čep (6) je oddělen dielektrikem (8) odelektrod (4,5) a zesilovací Článek (9), přednostně polemřízený tranzistor, je umístěn v oblasti stínítka (3).
2. Kapacitní měřicí sonda podle bodu 1, vyznačující se tím,že stínítko (3) mezi elektrodami (4,5) má uvolňovací vý-stupek (10).
