・・容量性素子、６・・・接続部、７・・・電源回路３
の出力端、ｉｆ、１２・・・導電ストリップ、２１・・
・・・・４分の１波長回路。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　誘電性支持体上にプリント回路技術によりプレーナ
    ー構造に形成した高周波能動素子をバイアスするため、
    電源回路を備え、主伝送線路１と直列に配設した高周波
    能動素子を前記電源回路および主伝送線路の間に配設し
    た伝送線路部分４を介して前記電源回路によってバイア
    スし；前記主伝送線路に接続した接続部６に１おいて、
    有用な高周波信号が前記主伝送線路１を介して前記電源
    回路へ伝送されるのを阻止するに充分な高い値を有する
    一方、前記電源回路によって発生した直流電流の伝送を
    可能ならしめるインピーダンスを有する高周波能動素子
    用バイアス装置において、有用な高周波信号に対する帯
    域通過形式のフィルタ装置を備え、前記フィルタ装置を
    、前記主伝送線路１に前記伝送線路部分を接続した前記
    接続部６の両側において対称に前記主伝送線路に並列に
    接続され、かつ前記接続部６がら有用な高周波信号の波
    長の約８分の１だけ離間した２個の導電ストリップ１１
    および１２で構成したことを特徴とする高周波能動素子
    用バイアス装置。 ２　有用な高周波信号の波長の８分の１に等しい長さを
    有する通常４分の１波長回路と呼ばれる形式の第２回路
    ２１を備え、前記第２回路を、前記主伝送線路１に対し
    前記伝送線路部分４を接続した前記接続部６から有用な
    高周波信号の波長の８分の１に等して距離で前記伝送線
    路部分４に並列に配設する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のバイアス装置。
