第１図は従来の可変減衰器の構成例、第２図は本考案の
実施例で、図ａは基本構成を示し、図すは基本構成回路
を主伝送線路に並列に数段接続した例を示す。第３図は
、一定の周波数において、ＰＩＮダイオードのバイアス
電流を変化させた場合の減衰量の変化をグラフにした図
である。図中、実線曲線が本考案の実施例のデータであ
り、点線が従来の可変減衰器のデータである。第４図は
、ＰＩＮダイオードのバイアス電流を一定にしておいて
、周波数を変化させた場合の減衰量の変化をグラフ化し
た図である。図ａは従来の可変減衰器のデータであり、
図すが本考案の実施例のデータである。 １・・・主伝送線路、２・・・インピーダンス可変素子
、３・・・接地点、４・・・直列共振回路。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. インピーダンス可変素子を用いて、主伝送線路上の信号
    が接地側へ流入する量を変化させることにより減衰量を
    可変とするマイクロ波帯可変減衰器において、インピー
    ダンス可変素子と接地点と、の間に直列共振回路を有す
    ることを特徴とするマイクロ波帯可変減衰器。
