人力信号用帯域通過フィルタ、６・・・ミキサ用ダイオ
ード、７・・・局部発振信号入力端子、９・・・局部発
振信号用帯域通過フィルタ、１６・・・伝送線路、１７
・・・帯域阻止フィルタ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平面回路構成のマイクロ波集積回路ミキサにおいて、高
    周波信号入力端子の所定帯域の入力信号を抽出する入力
    信号用帯域通過フィルタと、局部発振信号入力端子の局
    部発振信号を抽出する局部発振信号用帯域通路フィルタ
    と、前記入力信号と前記局部発振信号により形成される
    中間周波信号の１／４波長の奇数倍の線路長ｌａと前記
    入力信号の１／２波長の整数倍の線路長ｚｂとの和の線
    路長を有し、一端に前記入力信号が入力されるとともに
    他端に前記局部発振信号が入力される伝送線路と、該伝
    送線路の一端から前記線路長ｌａの位置に一端が接続さ
    れ、他端から前記中間周波信号を出力するミキサ用ダイ
    オードと、前記伝送線路の前記ダイオードの接続位置よ
    り一端側の近傍に設けられ、前記局部発振信号をほぼ前
    記ダイオードの接続点で短絡阻止する帯域阻止フィルタ
    とを設けたマイクロ波集積回蕗ミキサ。
