Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
シャドウマスク材として５６％Ｎ１−Ｆｅアンバー合金
を用いた。これを第１表に示す条件で最終的に板厚［１
Ｌ２ｖｔｒｉにしエツチング試験を行った。

エツチング試験は、まず、脱脂洗浄を行い、その後両面
に牛乳カゼイン酸アルカリと重クロム酸アンモニウムと
から々る感光液を塗布して所定のレジスト膜を形成する
。次に、両面の感光膜に大小マスク孔のネガ像を有する
パターンを密着配置し、超高圧水銀ランプで露光するこ
とによりマスク孔の像を得る。その後、現像、乾燥、バ
ーニングを経てエツチング工程に進む。エツチング工程
ではエツチング液として塩化第２鉄を用いた。

Claims (1)
- １）少くとも最終焼鈍を水素９５容積％以上そして残部
窒素から成る雰囲気で行い、その後最終冷間圧延を行う
ことを特徴とする電子ビーム通過用開孔形成の為のエッ
チング工程に供せられるＦｅ−Ｎｉ系合金シャドウマス
ク用金属薄板の製造方法。
