Claims (1)
- 参照入力信号電圧Ｖｒｅｆと温度検出素子の端
子間電圧Ｖｐとの電圧差（Ｖｒｅｆ―Ｖｐ）が大
きくなると出力電流が増加し、電圧差（Ｖｒｅｆ
―Ｖｐ）が小さくなると出力電流が減少するよう
に動作するスイツチイングレギユレータと、この
スイツチングレギユレータの出力電流が流れ込む
ペルチエ素子と、このペルチエ素子に接近して設
置され環境温度によりその抵抗値が変化する温度
検出素子とからなる温度制御回路。
