    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力端間に接続される第１の抵抗とコンデンサ
    とのＲＣ時定数回路と、主回路に挿入されてベー
    スに前記コンデンサの端子電圧が印加される第１
    のトランジスタと、主回路で該第１のトランジス
    タと直列に接続される第２の抵抗と、該第２の抵
    抗での電圧降下によつて駆動され前記第１のトラ
    ンジスタを制御する第２のトランジスタとを具備
    している入力電流制限回路。
