Claims (1)
- 内蔵電池に直列に接続された安定化電圧用の制
御トランジスタ及び負荷と、前記制御トランジス
タのベースに接続された定電圧素子と、該定電圧
素子の一端に制御電極が接続されかつ入力側が前
記内蔵電池に接続された検出トランジスタとより
成り、前記内蔵電池の電圧が所定値以下に低下し
た際、前記検出トランジスタの検出出力により、
警報手段を駆動することを特徴とした電圧検出回
路。
