Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、特許請求の範囲第1項の上位概念に記載のフ
ィラメント・巻き方法において製造される絶縁管に関す
る。
ガラス繊維強化プラスチックから成る絶縁管は長年の間
、高圧工学において絶縁材料として種々の液状の及びガ
ス状の絶縁媒体で使用され成功を収めてきた。当該管は
、その挿入物次第で特に軸方向に絶縁負荷がかかる。し
かしながら、そのような絶縁管の六弗化硫黄の使用に際
して、アーク作用で生ずる六弗化硫黄の電解生成物によ
って珪酸塩が影響を受けるので、補強用に普通に用いら
れるガラス繊維・粗撚シ糸は六弗化硫黄と接触しない。
それ故にこの場合樹脂基質の補強用に例えばポリエステ
ル繊維から作られた粗撚り糸が用いられる。当然ながら
この絶縁管は、ポリエステル・粗撚り糸の高いコストの
ために非常に高価であり、更に約90℃からの温度でラ
ミネートのEモジュールが著シく低下する欠点を有して
いる。
いわゆる真空含浸された別の絶縁管の場合、先ずドライ
ロールが内側層にポリエステル7リース(Po1yes
tervlies )  を備え、それからガラス組織
帯を巻き、該粗ロールが外側層にポリエステル組織帯乃
至ポリエステルフリースで閉じられる。そしてそのよう
に構成されたドライロールは真空下で閉じだ形状で樹脂
を注入され、温度下で硬化する。との場合にも、費用の
かかる方法であることが問題である。このように作シ出
された絶縁管の別の欠点は、ドライ目−ルに用いられる
組織体が指向性構造を有し、個々の粗撚シ糸が管の長手
軸に向かい、及び半径方向に向いていることKある。こ
のような構成は、個々のフィラメントが湿る微かな過誤
で衝撃電圧耐性に関して非常に鋭敏になってしまう。
本発明の課題は、冒頭記載の絶縁管用の真空含浸の方法
でなく、機械的及び絶縁特性の更なる改良並びに特(外
側表面で4更なる改良を達成することにある。この課題
は本発明に従い、特許請求の範囲の特徴部分に記された
構成によって解決される。
本発明によって達せられる利点は、第一にSF、の電解
生成物に対しても管の外側表面においても追加的保護が
なされることがあり、次に外側表面が非常に滑らかにな
ること並びに硬化の際外側に巻かれたポリエステル層が
ガラス粗撚り糸から構成される管壁の核よりも強い収縮
作用を示すので絶縁管の更なる機械的圧縮が達せられる
ことにある。新たな絶縁管は、格安のフィラメント・巻
き方法において製造され、その際機械的強度を成す巻き
核はガラス繊維ラミネートから構成されるが、これは高
温の際Eモジュールに関して、連続的にポリエステル繊
維で巻かれた絶縁管よりも格段に好都合である。
この場合、当該新しい絶縁管は有利であるように次の如
く製造される。
管の内側に、即ち巻きビンに直接、樹脂注入されたポリ
エステルフリースから成る単層乃至多層物が帯幅の約1
0%重なシ合って巻かれる。
このように巻いた上に更に純粋な樹脂層を取りつけ、次
いで所望の厚さでガラスロールが構成される。その後側
々のガラス粗撚り糸が切取られ、ポリエステル・粗撚シ
糸で結合される。この結目箇所は、ロールヘッド内に存
るように位置する。続いてポリエステル繊維ロールが、
ガラス繊維ロールのようにか、機械的乃至電気的理由か
ら欠くべからざるときには他のピッチのいずれかによっ
て巻き終えられる。
図面により本発明を説明する。
最初内側をポリエステルフリースで補強され、且つ絶縁
管の内側表面2を形成する層1に、ガラス粗撚シ糸から
構成された管壁の核3がつながっている。そして補強部
として巻かれたポリエステル粗撚糸を含み、同時に管壁
の外側表面5を形成する第3の層がこれに続いている。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 混合ラミネートから成り、その壁が基本的に内側表面を
    形成するポリエステルフリースの層と、それを被つてい
    るガラス粗撚り糸の層とから構成されている、フィラメ
    ント・巻き方法において製造される絶縁管において、 壁が更に外側表面(5)を形成するポリエステル粗撚り
    糸で巻かれた層(4)を含むことを特徴とする絶縁管。
