Abstract

用长丝缠绕法制造的绝缘材料管是用复合层压塑料制成的。实质上,管壁包含有构成内表面的用聚酯纤维网组成的层,和在其上面由玻璃丝束作成的层,以及用聚酯丝束缠绕而形成外表面的层。

Description

本发明涉及一种用长丝缠绕法制造的、用复合层压塑料作成的绝缘材料管,其管壁主要是由用聚酯纤维网形成内表面的层。
多年来在高压技术中,玻璃纤维增强塑料绝缘材料管成功地用来作为各种液态和气态绝缘介质的绝缘材料。视其添加物,它们尤其被作为轴向介电质。然而,当在六氟化硫中使用这种绝缘材料管时,通常加强用的玻璃纤维丝束不准与六氟化硫接触,因为硅酸盐会受到在电弧影响下产生的六氟化硫分解物的侵蚀。因此,在这种情况下,为了加强树脂基体,例如使用聚酯纤维制成的丝束。由于聚酯丝束成本高,这种绝缘材料管自然就很昂贵。另外,这种绝缘材料管的缺点还在于:温度约从90℃起,层压塑料的E模数急剧下降。
其它一些所谓真空浸渍的绝缘材料管,是首先在内层上用聚酯纤维网干燥卷绕,然后缠上玻璃布条,而在其表面上用聚酯织物条或聚酯纤维网缠绕成粗加工的卷筒。这样所制成的干燥卷绕然后以封闭形式在真空中用树脂浸渍,在一定温度下硬化。这就涉及到一种昂贵的方法。这样所制造的绝缘材料管的另一个缺点还在于,干燥卷绕所用的织物结构具有方向性,各条丝束指向管子的纵轴和径向。当个别丝束浸渍有小的缺陷时,由于击穿强度方向的原因,很容易损坏。
本发明的目的是:上面所说的绝缘材料管不采用真空浸渍方法,而使其机械性能和介电性能,尤其是外表面质量得以进一步改善。达到本目的所采取的措施是:管壁包含有用聚酯丝束缠绕的形成外表面的层。
本发明的优点首先在于:管子外表面在得到附加保护时,还能同时抗六氟化硫SF6的分解物;其次还在于:能得到一个光滑的外表面,并且使绝缘材料管进一步得以机械密封,这是因为硬化时外表面所缠绕的聚酯层要比用玻璃丝束组成的管壁总有更强的收缩性能。这种新型绝缘材料管可用价格便宜的长丝缠绕法制造,其中,形成机械强度的缠绕芯是用玻璃纤维层压塑料。这种缠绕芯在较高温度下,E模数特性远比全部用聚酯纤维缠绕的绝缘材料管优越。
同时,这种新型绝缘材料管可用下述有利方式来制造:在管子内侧,也就是直接在缠绕卷芯轴上,缠上浸渍过树脂的单层或多层聚酯纤维网带层,这些聚酯纤维网带约重迭带宽的10%。在这个缠卷上再涂上一层纯树脂层,接着缠成所要求厚度的玻璃纤维卷。然后,切断各条玻璃丝束,结上聚酯丝束。其连接处应放在缠绕卷的端部。然后聚酯纤维卷以玻璃纤维卷的斜度缠好,如果机械或电的方面需要的话,或者是用另一种斜度来缠好。
作为实施例,附图示出上述绝缘材料管的结构剖面简图:聚酯纤维网加强的第一内层1,它同时也构成绝缘材料管的内表面2,紧接着是由玻璃丝束作成的管壁芯3。其外面是包含有起加强作用的缠绕的聚酯丝束,同时也形成管壁外表面5的第三层4。

  1. 用长丝缠绕法制造用复合层压塑料作成的绝缘材料管,其管壁主要是由用聚酯纤维网形成内表面的层,包括在其上面用玻璃丝束构成的层;其特征为:管壁包含有用聚酯丝束缠绕的形成外表面(5)的层(4)。
